Many teenagers go through depressive episodes of their life whenever exams are near, filled with stress and anxiety and ultimately depression as well because they were not doing well in school there were several other factors at play here, recovering from a relationship issues with friend, parents, siblings they had to bear the negativity from it and there was the pressure to do well in school.

So how do they cope with it? Just studying the best they could? Teenagers start panicking ,they become so anxious that they are unable to sleep at night, or would either sleep too much to escape, this is point where they have to stay positive all the way, try to make new friends who give them positivity, talk to them, involve with their pets, read books, talk to mother, father , siblings as much as they can, Basically tried to be happy even through all the bad that was going inside them, they just need to pull through, give the best you can at the moment, this is the same situation when someone betray or leave you just because he or she is not capable to treat you well or sometimes he or she not able to digest the superiority of the person they have. This is the time one has to understand that loss is theirs not yours, if you talk about it to someone you will be amazed to find out that someone you know maybe going through the exact same thing and it helps to know that you are not alone in this. You can help to lift each other up and forge the path forward. The Indian Education System not only forces them to isolate themselves in force through hours of silence every single Day. Not only the home becomes their prison but their life becomes a sanction where depression causes it to degrade day-by-day in every way possible. Lack of sleep, Feeling of Being a “Burden” on their parents, decreasing rate of Confidence and Concentration are the early symptoms of their Depression. Becoming a big critique of themselves is the biggest mistake one can do, not only this pulls you down when you are performing very well, but induces no further improvement ahead, causing you to de-motivate and have suicidal tendencies. Daily, across the globe, nearly 6.23 (world average) students commit suicide because of their pressure to well in Academic Field. Teenagers today need to understand that Grades are not everything in life and there are many things they can do without good grades. A grade can never judge somebody’s inner talents and how good they are at performing them. All grades judge is how good you are studying and globbering up information in your head and the capability of assessing them, practical Knowledge of something always beats Theoretical one and it will always remain a Universal Fact. But that does not mean that Studies are bad, some good subjects like mathematics keeps the Person’s mind fresh and Develops higher thinking skill to solve a problem. At the end of the Studies are not everything, but not nothing as well.
